Steps to reproduce

Connect to an azure account with multi factor authentication. The login popup opens in background.

Expected behavior

I expect the login popup to appear in foreground as it works in Powershell.

Actual behavior

Login popup opens in background without any notification and I need to minimize the terminal to access it.
