cmdgfx_input

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open CMD/PowerShell
  2. Go to folder where cmdgfx_input is located
  3. Type chcp 65001
  4. Run .\cmdgfx_input.exe k
  5. Press any non-English key (

Expected behavior

Console should not crash

Actual behavior

Console crashes with a buffer overflow
In debugger, a Catastrophic failure appears on https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/blob/main/src/host/directio.cpp#L241
