Description of the new feature/enhancement

I am not entirely sure, but from what I have seen it is not possible for a profile to be started by executing a specific set of commands. I tried this way commandline: cmd.exe && tree c: (to give an example) but it doesn't seem to work, I also tried putting the path of a .bat batch file but that seems to give a syntax error in the configuration.

A clear and concise description of what the problem is that the new feature would solve.

Describe why and how a user would use this new functionality (if applicable).
The problem I would solve is to be able to prepare the profile the way you want, for example when you open the profile to run a vagrant machine and ssh to it, or open several docker containers and go to a specific directory and open VScode from there.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
