Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.19042.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 1.6.10272.0

Steps to reproduce

The crash happens randomly when Saving settings in Settings UI
but also happens when spamming the Save button in the Settings UI

Expected behavior

Well, it shouldn't crash.
