Description of the new feature/enhancement

Currently, adding a profile in the Settings UI is a bit simplistic: click "add new" and you're taken to a new profile. "Add new" should be expanded to be its own page that can include the following:

  • create a new profile (standard)
  • duplicate a profile
  • (after #3818) create a profile based on another one
  • import a profile (via JSON?)

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
