Is this different from #4674?

I think there's certainly value in separate actions for "duplicate the current terminal instance" vs "duplicate an entire tree of panes". People have been generally happy with the first behavior for 12+months, and #4674 has no upvotes or dupe'd issues...

duplicate tab would actually be useful if it duplicated the path in the underlying shell, at the moment it is pretty useless.
