Windows build number: [run "ver" at a command prompt]
Windows Terminal version (if applicable):

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Expected to see the terminal open into the Linux bash. Trying to open the cmd.exe produces the same error.

Actual behavior

Terminal window opens with a message cmd.exe - Application Error - "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application"
