Steps to reproduce

On Windows, pressing middle mouse button on an application in the taskbar opens a new instance of an application.

Pressing middle mouse button on the Windows Terminal in the taskbar is opening an instance of Explorer instead of Windows Terminal.

Expected Behavior

Open a new instance of Windows Terminal.

Actual Behavior

Open a new instance of Explorer on This PC.
