set default terminal application: Windows Terminal preview
close windows terminal
launch powershell

Expected Behavior

the title of the powershell tab should be different than default profile tab

Actual Behavior

it shows the title of default profile.

This seems a duplicate of https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/7552.

(Loading the tab icon from the exe file being launched was discussed in https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/8544, which was resolved as a duplicate of https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/1504.)

I think technically, this is more correctly /dup #9458. IIRC, the plan is to just use profiles.defaults as the settings for defterm connections, mixed with the settings from the lnk/exe itself.
