Steps to reproduce

Open settings
Click on a drop down menu without selecting anything
scroll down with the mouse

Expected Behavior

the dropdown menu should close or the scrolling should be prohibited

Actual Behavior

the dropdown menu moves up/down from the terminal, also the dropdown menu can exit the window of the terminal
