Steps to reproduce

connect to the server by ssh and print something to stdout, quickly and massively, you will see the background became as the picture, and cannot restore before restart the terminal.

Does this repro with the same tool outside of the Terminal? What tool is actually outputting the text? CMake? What is TERM set to, and what's the output of infocmp? Does a clear or a reset fix the background?

No repro outside the windows terminal. The output is error from CMake, and TERM = xterm-256color. clear could clear the purpose background for short time but it will repro if run same command until restart windows terminal.
