Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a fragment that updates an existing profile in AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Terminal\Fragments\{any-name-here}
  2. Start WT, open the updated profile

Expected Behavior

The profile should have the updated settings

Actual Behavior

The profile does not have the updated settings
