I'd like to see documentation per VS project, similar to that in doc/ORGANIZATION.md, or to abstract comment on files. It could contain:

  • responsibilities
  • target platforms (standalone window app / embeded control / server / api)
  • used frameworks (pure c++/ .NET Framework / .NET Standard / c++/cli / winapi / winrt / wpf / winforms / rendering lib)
  • its place in the "stack"
  • target (native exe / dll / source only)

This'd make contibuting much easier, but I'm affraid that's subject to frequent changes
