found in 1.12.2781.0 Bug Bash on 10/5/2021

Open Settings UI, note that 'Default terminal application' has some application set as default, navigate away to a different tab in the SUI, navigate back to the Startup tab, 'Default terminal application' is now empty

Defterm pops up as blank in SUI, even though it's set as WT Preview. Seems to be cleared when I navigate to new page (Profile > Appearance, then go back)
