You can uninstall windows terminal and it fixes the bug, and reinstall it to make it fail again. No matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall it.

Expected Behavior

Windows terminal shoudn't break my operative system. Idk what are you doing to make that bug happens, but stop.

Actual Behavior

Aditional info:

I reported this to microsoft support thinking that it was an OS issue two times in two years, but wasn't. An that time I even change my laptop ant the bug persists so, it should be easily replicable.

And is related to #11164 bc in safe mode the issue disappears.
