authentication prompt show in the background #15496

for some reason terminal is blocking focus from parent processes. this is terribly ennoying as all authentication prompts from Azure/M365 are showing up in the backgroud. sometimes they are not visible at all.

Thanks for the report! This has been a pretty annoying issue for us too, and it's a /duplicate of #2988.

@nExoRek hey just for my own due diligence - what command specifically are you running? I'm trying to enumerate all the scenarios over in https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/2988#issuecomment-1044501169 and I want to make sure I got this one tracked too.
