What happens if you make the window just a little bit wider before running ps aux, before maximizing the window? This looks like a weird wrapping bug. Like, the output is exactly reaching the last column, so the text from the following line is reflowing with it.

What version of ssh are you using?

I tested this problem occurs only when the Windows terminal is pasted to the left or right, other sizes are displayed normally
