Steps to reproduce

The windows terminal and command prompt default terminal option only show windows console host as an option

Expected Behavior

There should be the option to change default terminal to Windows Terminal

Actual Behavior

Only one option (Windows Console Host)

Please take a look at #11415. Windows Terminal (stable) can't be currently set as the default terminal.
