Steps to reproduce

The issue seems to happen randomly and is fixed on restarting windows terminal
The terminal was run in administrator mode when this happened

Expected Behavior

On running a program that shows a circular progress bar in the tab like updating or installing a software using winget, the circular progress bar showuld replace the tab icon and denote the progress

Actual Behavior

Sometimes the left side of the progress bar becomes invisible as shown in the image below

The right side works as intended and the progress of the task is represented accurately in the windows taskbar
