Description of the new feature/enhancement

So, you open file explorer into a folder, let's say it's for NodeJS. When you type 'cmd' into that file path bar thing in Windows File Explorer, it opens a Command Prompt already pointed to that folder location, and you can run whatever js file you want to through NodeJS without having to navigate to that folder. However, if you type 'wt' instead of 'cmd' it opens the new Windows Terminal (I have it preset to open with Command Prompt rather than Powershell), but goes to the C:\Users_Username_ directory instead of the directory where the file is. (The directory that's opened in File Explorer).
The implementation of this feature would save time since you wouldn't have to navigate to the folder that you're looking for, rather it just opens to that folder to start with.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

It's essentially the same idea as typing 'cmd' into the file path bar in Windows Explorer. It should open the default shell (whether it be Powershell or CMD or some other shell) to the directory that's opened in File Explorer.

This has been discussed at length elsewhere in the repo. You can do this with wt -d . in the address bar. Please search before filing new issues.
