Description of the new feature/enhancement

Start the new window full visible. Often when Terminal is started, the window is positioned so that a part is out of the screen visible area.
This is very annoying because the user have to move it every time.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Move or resize the window so it fits in the screen.

Sorry for not following up on this one earlier! This one is probably a Terminal issue, yea, but one we'd want to be careful how we fix. I believe there's some devices where the default size of the Terminal, with the default font, and CW_USEDEFAULT for the position results in the window being partially clipped off the monitor. This isn't the first time we've heard this report.

Of course, the launch size and position settings are viable workarounds, but it's kinda still an annoying behavior regardless.

Maybe there's some other way for us to pass in the real initial size to CreateWindow, so it doesn't do this? Maybe we can even fake it - even if we don't know the real initial size of the window yet, maybe we could pass in whatever we expect the default setting's size to be, to mitigate.
