Akin to #11710, this is a subset of #1553.

I'll leave this open as an atomic task that's part of the #1553 "scenario". Thanks!

I second this. My zoom happens constantly when I try to use ctrl+c or ctrl+v and I've read that this is due to pinch to zoom even though I am not scrolling the mouse wheel when I press ctrl+c or ctrl+v

I second this, there should definitely be an option to disable this. It's almost never helpful and very, very annoying whenever your hand even approaches the touchpad.

Hi, this is still an issue in the current windows terminal version. I enjoy using this terminal in windows development, but this is very much causing issues for me.

I disabled it via setting zoom speed to 0 for my personal use, and it affected Ctrl-MouseWheel too.

+I don't know how to properly commit to forked repo, so commit link is weird. Sorry!
