Steps to reproduce

Open terminal with some Ubuntu WSL2 tabs.
Work for a bit to populate the terminal tab contents.
Resize window or change the screen resolution.

Expected Behavior

Terminal window continues to function and allow input.

Actual Behavior

Windows Terminal tabs no longer accept input and hang.
