Windows Terminal version

1.12.3472.0

Windows build number

10.0.22504.1010

Other Software

Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Version Dev (OS Build 22504.1010)
App: Windows Terminal Preview
Screen Reader: Narrator
Tool: Accessibility Insights for Windows Version 1.1.1741.1

Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

  1. Open Windows Terminal.
  2. Open Settings page using 'Ctr+,'.
  3. Open Narrator using 'Win + Ctrl + Enter' keys.
  4. Activate 'Actions' tab, then activate edit button of 'Copy Text' Action.
  5. Observe the issue.

User Experience:
Screen Reader users UX will not be good if there will not able to know the purpose of pop-up or Window.

Actions Edit Window name is not descriptive..zip

Expected Behavior

Actions Edit Window name should be descriptive so that Screen Reader users will be able to know that they are currently inside Actions Edit Window.
i.e. If user activate 'Edit' button of Copy Text actions, then Screen Reader should announce 'Copy Text 1 of 64 Ctrl + C Edit mode/Window'

Actual Behavior

Actions Edit Window name is not descriptive as Screen Reader is announcing same info for 'Edit' Action view as for non-edit Actions view.

Note Issue: Same issue repro for 'Add New Action' pop-up window as Screen reader is only announcing 'Break into the debugger 1 of 67'
