Steps to reproduce

In a german terminal press Ctrl+Shift+P and search "Tab" and "Registerkarte".

Expected Behavior

Actions with "tab" or "Tab" in their name should be translated consistently as either "Tab" or "Registerkarte" but not both. "tab" should not be used as nouns are capitalized in German.

Actual Behavior

"Tab" will be translated inconsistently as "Tab", "tab", or "Registerkarte".
