Currently only Default, Maximized, Full Screen, Focus and Maximized Focus are offered. Also there are no tooltips explaining differences in regimes.

More or less, this is tracked in #7374. That specifically calls out a command-line setting, but adding the command-line flag would first require adding the settings itself.
