try to copy text by selecting text

Expected Behavior

Expected that the text is copied and can paste as usual from windows clipboard.

#9447 looks like it was vaguely similar, but I think that had more to do with a zsh plugin. #10079 looks like the issue I was thinking of, but that's again zsh

I do not like the new bash "feature".

"set enable-bracketed-paste off" works for me.
