Steps to reproduce

  1. Change zoom level (ctrl+mouse-wheel)
  2. Change your keyboard language

Expected Behavior

Keep the zoom level.

Actual Behavior

Resets to the default zoom level.

I suspect this is the same problem as issue #11522. When the language changes, the settings are reloaded, and the default font size is probably one of the properties that are reset as a result of that reload.
