Cannot type when running PowerShell 7 #17536

Whenever I open PowerShell 7, I cannot type most text in the terminal. Ctrl+C and other meta key combinations to report a response in the terminal.

Also, when I run PWSH.exe from the windows command prompt (CMD.exe), I can no longer type in that terminal once it loads PWSH.exe.

I have seen reports about enabling “Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Service." This service is enable and running on my machine.
