Open Terminal at a size at which the NavigationView will be fully expanded
Open settings
Hover over NavigationView's expand button

Expected Behavior

No response

Well, that's weird and subtle. My instinct is that this is a WinUI bug that should be filed over at https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml. I can't trivially repro this with the XAML controls gallery or the PowerToys settings apps though, so maybe this is something in our codebase.
