Steps to reproduce

  1. Stop all active terminal instances.
  2. Invoke Quake window using shortcut Win (Left) + `.

Expected Behavior

Expected a terminal window to appear in Quake mode.

Actual Behavior

Keystroke is registered but no changes are brought into effect.
