Color schemes not changing, only modyfing Campbell works #17724

Steps to reproduce

Settings -> Color Schemes -> Change theme to any other than Campbell -> save

Expected Behavior

Color schemes should change as save is clicked.
Right now the only fix is setting them manually in settings.json

More or less, this is the discussion we were having in #9775. Each profile has it's own scheme set (default, Campbell). You have to go change the scheme of the profile to change the active color scheme. There's a lot more points in that thread.
