Steps to reproduce

  1. Start WT as admin
  2. Open 2 tabs, work in them for a while. (In particular, I'm running cake from time to time to build a Visual Studio solution).

Expected Behavior

I can switch to the WT window via Alt+Tab or via clicking its button in the task bar.

Actual Behavior

Suddenly (1-3 hours since the start) the WT window stops showing up (I cannot switch to it via clicking on its icon in the task bar, nor via Alt+Tab, nor via Win+Tab). Both Alt+Tab and Win+Tab show the window thumbnail, but do not allow me to switch to the WT window.

There are WT processes in Process Explorer:

When I'm moving the mouse over the WT task bar button, the window thumbnail shows up, but does not respond to my clicks:
