Steps to reproduce

  1. 启用标题修改
  2. 使用PowerShell 执行标题修改命令 修改成功
  3. 执行 npm run dev 后标题也会有改动

Expected Behavior

只有执行修改标题命令才会修改

Actual Behavior

在执行npm run dev 的时候 标题会变成这个
