Steps to reproduce

Remote Desktop from other PC -> run Windows Terminal : run a app console background --> Exit Remote Desktop -> relogin -- View Windows Terminal --> crash or not responding

Expected Behavior

No response

(run this on the remote PC).

I'm betting this is one of the #13705, #12607 et al hangs. I believe the new atlas renderer will solve this, though that's only available in Preview builds of the Terminal for now.

I installed the Preview version, but it still doesn't solve the problem. Sometimes it even causes the computer to hang, or the mouse to respond quite slowly. Had to kill it and restart Explorer to temporarily solve the problem.

Okay, again, can you collect up a dump and send it to us via the feedback hub, so we can take a look/? You can also grab a dump with Task Manager, and attach it as a file to the feedback hub submission:
