Windows Terminal version

1.14.1962.0

Windows build number

10.0.19044.0

Other Software

No response

Steps to reproduce

I simply opened the Terminal, only one tab. Used it to ping 8.8.8.8 to check my internet connection and then minimized it. Happened more than once after using the Terminal to execute other things as well. Always ends up "locking" the taskbar button to restore it.

Expected Behavior

Just restore the window back from the minimized state to the place of the screen it was before, like it should.

Actual Behavior

A while after opening the Terminal I tried to restore its window but it did not come up. Does not matter if I spam the taskbar button, window just refuses to come up. I also tried bringing it back up using the Alt+Tab and Win+Tab shortcuts with no success.
I could still peek the window by hovering it on the taskbar but, again, it does not restore.

Not sure if it is worth mentioning but I usually snap the Terminal window to the left of the screen (so it takes half the screen). Can't remember if I did that every time before I had this issue though.

Also, this is happening both on my PC and laptop. I looked up and apparently nobody has had the same problem as I am having right now.

@zadjii-msft My bad then. I had looked it up but I guess that one issue did not show up. I hope my input added some valuable information.
