Steps to reproduce

Start wt in some place.
Start new wt tab in other place. Split new tab.

Expected Behavior

Splited tab have same paths on both sides.

Actual Behavior

New session have same path as when first instance of wt started

Did you configure the shell to tell the Terminal about the CWD/? (this is ultimately the same root cause as #13862)
