Steps to reproduce

The "Appearance" section of setting has a slider labeled:

Use acrylic material in the tab row (requires relaunch)
When checked, the tab row will have the acrylic material.

AFAICT, changing this setting does not require relaunch; when I change it and click Save, the tab row of the window updates immediately. This works regardless of the "Hide the title bar (requires relaunch)" setting.

Expected Behavior

The acrylic setting should be documented as not requiring relaunch.
