One Half Dark colour scheme halves the available colours to CMD.exe #18698

Steps to reproduce

Set the One Half Dark colour scheme for CMD

Expected Behavior

The other colour scheme (not tested them all) have bold/bright and normal colours available for text. This is an example with Campbell:

Actual Behavior

I assume that CMD.exe can only use 16 colours. However, when using the One Half Dark colour scheme, which I think looks best for CMD.exe, there seems to only be 8 different colours available to use. There are no bold/bright colours. They are the same as normal.

The reason I am disappointed about this is that I would like to use this colour scheme but also have different filetypes come up in different colours in gnu coreutils ls.exe LS_COLORS.

Maybe someone has made a modified version of this theme with bright colours?
