Steps to reproduce

Some emojis, those made of other emojis, like 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 are displaying incorrect.
Also, it doesn't display handshake emojis with different skin tones (e.g. 🫱🏼🫲🏽) properly.

Expected Behavior
