Description of the new feature/enhancement

It would be nice if hitting the Find keybind a second time would close the search UI. This would be more intuitive than having to hit escape.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Out of curiosity, are there many apps that do implement Find as a toggle/? Just a quick survey of different apps and what they do:

  • chromium just reselects all the content in the find dialog
  • PowerPoint does seemingly nothing
  • Google docs and Word both re-select the content of the find dialog
  • same goes for notepad and VsCode

Seems like the generally accepted pattern is to yeet focus into the Find dialog and leave it there, but happy to be proven wrong!
