Description of the new feature/enhancement

If you have a running Windows Terminal instance with several tabs, it would be great if you could detach a tab from the window by dragging and dropping it outside the Windows Terminal window which will create a second Windows Terminal instance. This is comparable with the behaviour of a modern Web browser.
This could be helpful to create a side-by-side window arrangement.
