Steps to reproduce

  • Debug the terminal (release build
  • Exit the terminal while VS is attached.

Expected Behavior

No crash

Actual Behavior

Crashed at https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/blob/main/src/cascadia/TerminalApp/App.cpp#L66
