New tabs inherit directory of current tab.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

When i am in e:\programdata\BOINC\slots\2 directory and press new tab the new tab directory should be same.

If you want the terminal to open a new tab in the same directory as the current tab, you need to configure your shell to tell the terminal which directory is active.

It's explained in this tutorial: Opening a tab or pane in the same directory in Windows Terminal.

There are only keyboard combinations.
I want to bind duplicate tab to new tab button.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking. I don't know if there is way to do that, but I suspect it's not possible.
