Dynamic background image crop from wallpaper according to window position #19332

There is a missing option for terminal background image setup - when I want transparent window and see desktop wallpaper through (desktop without icons), but I dont want to see windows under terminal.

Checkbox in background image options (and true/false field in json) - "Use image like desktop wallpaper".

So it should be option like simple image background, the width and height background image is exactly the same like whole dekstop (included multimonitor setup), and the top-left anchor of image display is based on top-left position of window related to desktop. The terminal windows should look like transparent when you move it on empty desktop, but not display any windows behind.

The source (file/wallpaper) and opacity of background image should be configurable as current background image is. The scale and align options should be disabled in this mode - they have no purpose here.
