Steps to reproduce

1、Open settings && Click on the Launch item
2、Click on the pop-up box to the right of the Default profile item

Expected Behavior

When I want to close it, click on the area to the left of the pop-up box and it will not close by itself

Unfortunately this is due to a bug in WinUI itself. We're tracking this on our side in #8769, and the upstream bug is microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#3961.

Appearance -> Open 'Color scheme' dropdown -> Cannot dismiss the dropdown by clicking somewhere else
