Steps to reproduce

When, using Windows Terminl,

  1. starting Notepad
  2. then typing exit
  3. the terminal window will close.

When, using Windows Terminl,

  1. starting code (to run "Visual Studio Code")
  2. then typing exit
  3. the terminal window does not close,
