Description of the new feature/enhancement

As an example, lets say you have the folder of a github repo open in explorer and you need to quickly pull down the latest changes. Rather than right clicking and doing "Git Bash Here" or "Open in Terminal" it'd be neat if you could just hit the quake window shortcut you have set and have it automatically be in the path that you have open in the explorer window.

This would be more for convince rather than inherently solving any existing issues.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Unsure how this would be technically implemented, but I don't imagine that it would be too difficult to get the currently active File Explorer window (if the currently focus window is a File Explorer window) and then get the path, something similar to this: https://stackoverflow.com/a/20961047

Thanks for the suggestion! We're tracking something similar over in #10202. quakeMode is ultimately backed by globalSummon, so adding it there will be more powerful than just in quakeMode.

Thanks for the SO link though, gonna move that comment there.
