Oh.. Is the registration in the appx manifest? Wonder if there is even anything you can do here? hmmm..

The right click properties for the entry are disabled. but the properties in the command bar are not. Seems like a task manager bug.

Actually if the exe location is on the PATH it works.

Yea, this looks like a whole pile of bugs on the Task Manager itself. I'd recommend filing feedback using the Feddback Hub app, specifically on the Task Manager.

If you share the aka.ms link here, I can make sure to promote it so that it gets to the right team. Otherwise, I don't think there's much for us to be able to do here on our own.
