Methinks this is fallout from #15050. That's at least my guess.

CURIOUS: There's also at least one crash on v1.16.10262.0. Maybe this is external, but this is ~12% of our 1.17 crashes.

Stacks look like they point at windows.storage.dll!SHGetFolderPathW.

This was duped to MSFT:43105892, which should be fixed as of 25308.1000.rs_prerelease.230223-1407.

(logging for our own reference, so that if we see any reports of "Terminal failed to launch", we can dupe them here.)
